1 Year LIMITED WARRANTY
95 Applications warrants Slick Barrier® pesticide-free physical pest barrier when applied according to directions on a properly prepared surface, will provide a coating for one year from the date of application, warranty includes subsequent owners. There are no other warranties that extend beyond this warranty. This warranty shall not apply when the coating fails due to improper product application, failure to follow label directions, inadequate surface preparation, cracked structural surfaces, reoccurring efflorescence or any conditions not foreseen by 95 Applications. 30 mL of Slick Barrier (roughly two coats) are required to ensure warranted physical pest barrier. Label directions are as complete as possible, but cannot encompass all conditions, applications and/or surfaces. In the event that the coating fails, your remedy is limited to either replacement of the product purchased or refund of the purchase price. This is the exclusive remedy. For warranty fulfillment, return used product container and sales receipt to 95 Applications 90 N William Dillard Dt C105, Gilbert, AZ 85233. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL OTHER EXPENSES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE. 95 Applications will in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Section One
Slick Barrier is a proven way to keep crawling insects out of homes or structures. Vertical surface areas surrounding the base of the home are treated with Slick Barrier’s patent pending coating. The coating prevents some insects from climbing vertically up into a home or structure.
Section Two: Limited 1 yr Warranty

We warrant that its coating will last up to one year. Once treated we specifically warrant that the coating will remain hard, durable and glasslike. Further, Slick Barrier’s specially formulated coating may have a slight interaction with some paint products and weed killers, causing certain areas to discolor. The Sun will also cause some discolor in the form of yellowing.

On highly exposed areas it is recommended that a light touch up coat be done on the coating every 6 months to a year to keep excess discoloration and cracking from happening. Just like other paint/coating products the UV rays WILL eventually break down and change the color of the surface. Again in order to minimize color change it is recommended a 'touch up' coat be applied every year.

To ensure that Slick Barrier’s coating continues to be effective, homeowners must keep the surface area relatively clean. It is recommended that the surface area be sprayed off with clean water twice a month. It is important to inspect the coated area after a heavy rain to ensure mud does not clump up onto service.
Section Three: Smell
The Slick Barrier coating has an odor that goes away in about 4-24 hours, it is minimal. During this time, homeowners should stay inside their homes with all doors and windows closed, or if the homeowner has a sensitivity to odors, the homeowner should stay away from the home for at least 12 hours. Sensitivity to odors may irritate the eyes, nose, throat, and lungs. In rare instances breathing the odor for too long can cause headaches, dizziness, and nausea. If using indoors make sure the area is well ventilated.
Section Four Bubbling:
When the temperature and the humidity are high the surface area where Slick Barrier is placed may release moisture. During the curing process this moisture release may cause Slick Barrier to bubble slightly. This is normal and will stop happening once the Slick Barrier fully cures. Once the surface is fully cured simply rub off any bubbles and add a light top coat of Slick Barrier.
